Data
粘度、PVT、比熱・熱伝導率、線膨張係数、弾性率などを測定し、解析で使える材料データとして整備します。Viscosity, PVT, specific heat and conductivity, CLTE and modulus — measured and built into material data your solver can actually use.
Rollout
立ち上げから操作教育、解析手順の社内標準化まで。日本語・英語のどちらでも実施します。From installation to hands-on training and in-house standardization of analysis procedure, in Japanese or English.

材料データの変換、条件振りのバッチ実行、報告書の自動生成など、手作業で消えている時間を削ります。Material data conversion, batch runs across conditions, report generation — removing the hours that quietly disappear into manual work.

図面や不具合の写真、成形条件があればお送りください。無料で範囲と費用の見当をお伝えします。Send drawings, photos of the defect, and process conditions if you have them. Scope and cost estimate at no charge.
使用樹脂のデータが解析に足りているかを見ます。不足していれば測定を提案します。I check whether the data for your resin is good enough to simulate with, and propose measurement if it is not.
条件を振って比較し、何が効いていて何が効いていないかを切り分けます。Runs across conditions, compared to separate what actually drives the result from what does not.
対策案を優先順位付きで報告します。金型修正や条件出しの立ち会いも承ります。Countermeasures reported in priority order. I can also attend mold modification and process trials.
